At the Peter Hughes Burn Foundation we understand the need within Australia to continue on the great work of professionals dedicated to the care of those that have endured a burn injury. It is through seeing the difference made by the effort and skill of surgeons such as Dr Fiona Woods, Dr Peter Maitz , Dr Peter Heartsch and countless others, that we have chosen to offer scholarships and bursaries to burn survivors who wish to further their education and become professionals in burn care.
Scholarships are limited each year and are approved by the Education Committee.
